Caring for a parent or older loved one can be a challenging and frightening experience. The maze of issues involved with care giving can be overwhelming...
- Communication with medical staff
- Monitoring medications
- Maintaining proper nutrition
- Monitoring the home for safety issues
- Bill paying
- transportation to and from appointments and community activities
- monitoring the staff at the nursing home or assisted living facility
- Maintenance of their home and lawn...
These are just some of the time consuming and stressful tasks associated with caring for an aging parent or loved on. For most of us, juggling life's daily tasks, such as work, home, children, and other personal affairs is enough to keep us busy every hour of the day.
